What is the minimum order for custom vinyl binders?
Minimums are low and depend on decoration. One-color screen printed or foil stamped vinyl binders are practical even in small runs — send your quantity and we'll quote it.
How long does production take?
Typical production runs 2–3 weeks after art approval, with rush options available. Ask about 7-day rapid ship if your date is tight.
Can I get my exact brand color?
Yes — screen printing inks are matched to your brand color standard, and large orders can be produced in custom-matched vinyl.
What ring size should I order?
Pick a size that holds your content with about 25% room to spare. A 1" ring holds ~175 sheets, 2" ~350, 3" ~525. See our ring size guide for the full chart.
Do vinyl binders work for full-color artwork?
For full-color covers, choose an entrapment (clear overlay) vinyl binder that seals a printed sheet under clear vinyl, or move up to litho wrap or turned edge construction.
Can you add pockets and card holders inside?
Yes — interior pockets, diagonal pockets, business card holders, and CD/USB holders are all welded in during manufacturing. Spec them when you get a quote.
