ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Resolution & Color Mode

All raster images must be at least 300 DPI at final print size. Submit files in CMYK color mode. RGB and Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK, which may cause color shifts.

Fonts & Text

Please outline all fonts (convert to shapes/curves) before saving your final file, or package all font files used in your document.

Bleed & Safe Zones

Extend all background artwork 0.5" past the trim line (bleed). Keep all critical text and logos at least 0.25" inside the trim line (safe zone).

Need a clean logo or image with a transparent background? Use our free tool below to remove the background from your artwork before uploading it.

PREP STEPS

Download the correct template for your product and capacity.
Place your artwork on the "Artwork" layer. Do not flatten the template layers into your design.
Ensure backgrounds extend fully to the outer bleed guides.
Verify all colors are CMYK (unless specific Pantone inks were quoted).
Save as a high-quality PDF with layers intact, or package your Adobe InDesign/Illustrator file.
