The Foundation
Binders Inc was founded in November 1981 in Charlotte, North Carolina as a custom binder company. A commitment to quality, service, and making custom ordering easier established the foundation for more than four decades of growth.
The Packaging Evolution
As customer needs evolved, so did we. Binders Inc expanded into specialty packaging, custom headers, index tabs, certificate and diploma holders, restaurant menus, document holders, easels, presentation folders, and a broad range of custom office products.
Expanding Packaging Capabilities
Binders Inc acquired Visual Products, Inc. in High Point, North Carolina. The acquisition significantly expanded our manufacturing capacity, added new packaging and specialty product capabilities, and brought together an experienced team of packaging professionals.

Today, we are investing in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital technology across online design, quoting, artwork preparation, customer support, marketing, workflow automation, and operations—improving speed, accuracy, personalization, and the customer experience.
