Custom Padfolios & Document Holders

Customization Options

• Material / board: Padfolios and document holders are made from vinyl, linen, or paper cover that is sealed (Standard: vinyl) or turned edge (Deluxe: linen and paper) around rigid chipboard. A foam padded board can be used for the front and back panels to give your padfolio that "executive" feel. Choose from our standard vinyl colors or upgrade to a leather vinyl finish like Castilian vinyl.
• Sizes: The two common sizes hold a standard letter-size pad or the junior-size pad. We can also custom make a padfolio to hold your custom-sized pad.
• Pockets: Standard with a horizontal half pocket on the inside front cover and a horizontal full pocket on the inside back cover for the notepad's cardboard backing. Add business card holders to the inside front pocket, or Clear View pockets on the outside covers for easy customization.
• Printing your logo: Screen printed in one or more colors, including four color process. We recommend the Entrapment method for four color process designs under 1,000 qty. Foil stamping in gold or silver is also an option. For debossed designs, choose a Castilian vinyl.
• Clips: We can install metal clips onto the inside back panel instead of the full-size pocket — handy for glue-bound notepads that don't have strong binding, which would tend to tear away from their chipboard backing.
