What board weight should I use?
12–14 pt suits light products; heavier items or wide bags call for 18–24 pt so the header doesn't curl on the peg. We'll recommend based on your product weight.

Yes — full-color both sides is standard, so the back can carry instructions, ingredients, or compliance copy.
