Litho wrap turn edge binders use digital 4-color or offset printing on 100 lb gloss paper with film laminate. Many of our printing partners send us their printed sheets to use in production to lower their cost (we accept sheets from confirmed professional printing companies only). Because of printing cost, litho wrap is best for medium quantities (250 units) and above, but we do offer lower quantities as well. Litho wrap is used both in book publishing and packaging designs.

Completely Customizable
- Printing: Your logo and design can be 4-color digital or offset printed directly to 100 lb glossy paper with a film laminate.
- Ring capacities: ½″, ¾″, 1″, 1¼″, 1½″, 2″, 2½″, 3″, 3½″, 4″ (some capacities may not be available in your ring style and/or sheet size).
- Sheet sizes: Common sizes include 8.5″ × 11″, 8.5″ × 5.5″, 9.5″ × 6″. Our standard size binders allow for an additional ½″ index tab. If your sheet size isn't listed, we can still build a binder to hold your special size.
- Pockets: Inside half pockets, business card holders, memory device holders, and label holders can be added for a small charge based on the quantity ordered. Pockets are adhered.

What is a litho wrap binder?
A binder whose entire cover is a full-color printed and laminated sheet adhered over the boards — front, spine, and back as one continuous printed canvas.
How does litho wrap compare to turned edge?
Both give full-color wrapped covers. Turned edge folds the material around the edges like a hardcover book and costs more; litho wrap seals it with trimmed edges for a similar look at a better price.
Gloss or matte lamination?
Gloss makes color pop and wipes clean; matte looks modern but can scuff on dark solids — we offer scuff-resistant matte film for dark designs.
Can the inside be printed too?
Yes — printed liners turn the inside covers into usable brand space for instructions, contact info, or continued design.
Do you have layout templates?
Yes — grab the dieline for your size and ring on our templates page. Keep critical text 3/8" from hinges and edges; we check every file before plates are made.
